Spouses and Dependents who want to obtain
Fitness Certifications (Personal Training, Group Exercise, etc.)!
Active military, veterans and eligible spouses and dependents
can receive reimbursement from the Department of Veterans Affairs for
exam fees for the ACE-certified Personal Trainer,
Group Fitness Instructor, Lifestyle & Weight Management Coach,
and Advanced Health & Fitness Specialist certifications.
Under the G.I. Bill,
all ACE exams qualify for reimbursement,
including first-time and re-take fees.

After some research, this is kind of deceiving.
ACE isn't actually doing anything
They are just encouraging people to use MyCAA or
their soldier's GI bill to pay for the certifications.
So, there are quite a few stipulations.
