FREE recipe for
Potato-Topped Mini Meatloaves!
If you're super busy,
like I am these days,
working a full-time job and
taking care of a family,
then this is a GREAT recipe for you!
I tweaked the original recipe
by replacing the "homemade"
mashed potatoes with a mix.
Shaves off tons of work and
saves value time with
a lot less clean up too!
WHAT YOU NEED:
1 lb ground beef
1 pkg stuffing mix
1 cup water
2 tbsp steak sauce
1 pkg cheese and garlic instant mashed potatoes
1 jar beef gravy, warmed
MAKE IT:
HEAT oven to 375ºF.
MIX meat, stuffing mix, water and steak sauce; press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
BAKE 20 to 25 mins or until done (160ºF).
MAKE pkg of instant potatoes as directed. Scoop over meatloaves. Serve with gravy (warmed in microwave) and a fresh green salad.
