I have been a regular on the SAMHSA
(Substance Abuse and Mental Health
Services Administration)
website since working in a Psych Clinic
several years ago.
Today I got an email and inside was
an awesome link for military families.
Especially those who are fighting through
mental health issues and difficulties.

so much more issues to deal with!
Our children, vets, spouses and
families need to be taken care of!
Mental health issues are nothing
to be ashamed of,
yet so many military members
