Your child can complete Math and Reading
activities and earn up to two FREE books
from Scholastic!
You will need to:
- Download and print the activity sheets for
your child's age group.
- Have your child complete the activity sheets.
- Download reward redemption form, print and
complete all fields.
- Mail completed form and your child's activity
sheet(s) to Scholastic to qualify for FREE book(s)
Maximum of two books per household.
